The registration form for the GAIA Lab Retreat will open soon for participants from IPGP and partner institutions. Please note that the indicated opening and closing dates for registration are approximate and may be subject to change. Any updates will be announced in due time on this website and by email.
Once the form is open, you will be able to register here. After your registration, you will receive further practical information regarding accommodation, travel, and the program.
Note: Attendance is capped at 70 participants. If we reach capacity, registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis, accounting for possible withdrawal. The payment portal will open in July. The total cost is expected to be under 200€ per person for the full retreat, including transportation, but the final price will depend on the level of funding support we are currently seeking.
