DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Oded Aharonson (Weizmann Institute of Science)\n\nLu
nar volatiles\, especially water\, hold the key to sustaining long-term hu
man presence on the Moon and beyond. I will cover the latest discoveries i
n volatile stability\, distribution\, sources\, and transport. Due to the
Moon's monotonic decrease in spin axis obliquity\, perennially shadowed re
gions near the poles have shrunk with time.   Thus\, comparing the obser
vations against theoretical models affords the opportunity to constrain th
e history of ice accumulation in these regions.  These constraints offe
r both fundamental insights and practical value.\nFor more information\, s
